Connect 3N1 NS 38 Neck, Wrist & Backpack Strap - Green

The Connect System and the Optic Guard System are interchangeable straps that allow you to choose the best strap for your trip, whether for photography or birdwatching.

The Connect 3N1 NS 38 is a comfortable all-in-one neck strap that converts to a wrist strap or a backpack strap with ease, allowing you to adjust between carry modes without needing three separate straps. 

As a neck strap it has a 38mm non-slip neoprene pad for extra comfort over extended use, and is ideal for almost any camera or binocular. This strap weighs in at just 100g and can extend between 108cm to 133cm.

The strap includes a robust metal Connect 3-in-1 Clip that can be unlocked to release the lower strap to become a wrist strap. Alternatively, leave the lower strap attached and remove the Connect 3-in-1 Clip and you can attach this to the webbing on the shoulder straps of your backpack. 

The strap attaches to your camera or optics using Vanguard's Connect Clip DLX, a quick release system that is designed to keep your camera secure on the go, while allowing you to change your strap in seconds.

A 6cm Connect Tether with a metal bean attaches to the strap eyelet your device, with the Connect Clip attached to strap. To attach, simply slot the tether into the clip and pull down until secure. To release, pull the orange tab to 45° and slide the tether free. This allows you to switch between compatible straps in seconds.

To ensure the safety of your gear, the Connect Clip DLX system rated to 90kg based on Vanguard’s vertical hanging test, or 20kg when dropped 25cm.

When packing your camera or binoculars away, the quick release system allows you to remove the strap and pack it with ease. 

Connect Straps:

The Connect System is aimed primarily at photography, with a shorter 6cm tether. They can also be used for birdwatchers and are interchangeable with the Optic Guard system, though we'd recommend using the longer Optic Guard Tethers.

Optic Guard Harnesses:

The Optic Guard System is aimed primarily at birdwatching, with a longer 8cm tether to attach the eyepiece covers of your optics, whether a binocular or monocular.
