Vanguard Q3 2026 | UK Promotion Claim Form

Terms & Conditions:

The free product promotion only applies to purchases of a new Vanguard product that is listed in the claim form above:

  • that is purchased as a product in it's own right and must show the product as an independent transaction on the receipt provided;
  • that has been bought from an Authorised UK Dealer, or www.vanguardworld.co.uk, and where the free product has not been provided as part of the transaction;
  • in the qualifying period between 1st June 2026 and 30th September 2026;
  • and that is registered with Vanguard World UK Ltd using the Vanguard claim form above before the final claim date of 15th October 2026.

Please also note:

  1. The free product cannot be claimed if a separate discount code or free product promotion has been used to purchase the product in the above claim form, unless confirmed in writing from marketing@vanguardworld.co.uk prior to the purchase; 
  2. Selected dealers may be supplying the free product as part of the sale, and in this case there is no entitlement to an extra free product;
  3. Vanguard World UK Ltd reserves the right to request the original proof of purchase if it is felt necessary;
  4. Claims on purchases that are made outside the qualifying period, or on claims received after final claim date will be treated as invalid;
  5. The claimant must have a valid UK delivery address to qualify for the free product;
  6. You can can claim one free product per person, and a maximum of two claims per UK household, against qualifying transactions with receipt(s);
  7. Provided all applicable terms are met, the free product will be sent within 30 days of receipt of your claim, assuming stock availability;
  8. While everything possible will be done to minimise the risk, in the event of stock of the product not being available, Vanguard reserve the right to delay this while additional stock is sourced, or supply an alternative product, and while Vanguard World UK Ltd will work in consultation with you, they reserve the right to select the product to issue in this case;
  9. Vanguard World UK Ltd will be responsible for the cost of posting the free product, but the claimant will be responsible for all other costs associated with the claims process;
  10. Vanguard World UK Ltd is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail. Please keep copies of all materials sent;
  11. In claiming, you are allowing Vanguard World UK Ltd to share relevant personal details with the dealer you purchased the qualifying purchase from (and any other relevant party) to ensure it is a valid claim. This includes a copy of the receipt and any other information that Vanguard World UK Ltd deem reasonable to ensure it is a genuine transaction;
  12. Vanguard World UK Ltd reserve the right to withhold the free product if there is a cause to believe a product claim is invalid or not in accordance with these conditions;
  13. Employees of Vanguard World UK Ltd, Vanguard Ambassadors/Pros, Vanguard distributors or retailers are not eligible for this offer;
  14. If the qualifying purchase is returned within 12 months of the free Product being issued for a cash refund, then the purchaser will need to return the free Product at their own cost. This refund offer does not affect your statutory rights;
  15. Vanguard World UK Ltd reserve the right to change the free product, qualifying dates or the Terms and Conditions at their discretion. Any change will be clearly documented in these Terms & Conditions;
  16. Any disputes will be processed under the jurisdiction on English law;
