NEW FEATURE | ReGlide Removable Wheel System:
Vanguard introduces ReGlide removable wheels, allowing you to make the bag a little smaller to fit into a tighter spaces, or to change worn wheels to maximise the life of your bag. Simply remove and replace.
The new ReGlide System will be rolled out across Vanguard’s Alta Fly and VEO Select roller cases through 2026.
NEW FEATURE | 2-Stage DUAL bar handle:
For the Alta Fly 55T G2 the design team have been able to upgrade the handle to a dual bar handle without impacting the dimensions or weight, and in addition to being more robust, the dual bar handle allows you to slip a laptop bag with a roller sleeve on and carry without it twisting round as you walk.

A photographer’s life is not always airport terminals and smooth going. When the going gets rough, the Alta Fly 55T G2 simply converts to a backpack.
Remove the padded shoulder straps and clip them to the D Ring, pull out the waist straps and you’re good to go in no time at all. It also includes an adjustable chest strap for maximum comfort.

EXISTING FEATURE | STORAGE GALORE
The 22 litre main compartment is 310 x 115 x 410mm which is great for an APSC or full frame system and multiple lenses, perfect for most everyday kits. For pro-level camera fits we would recommend the Alta Fly 58T.
The camera section is also removable and allows it to be used as an everyday travel bag, and it will fit a 14” laptop in the 290 x 25 x 410mm laptop compartment along with additional pockets for all your accessories.
EXISTING FEATURE | TRIPOD HOLDER
On the side is a pocket with a tripod foot holder that is tucked away so it doesn’t flap around when not needed, and a strap at the top of the bag.
EXISTING FEATURE | IATA Hand Luggage compatible
The external dimensions are 340 x 245 x 555mm which means it meets International Air Transport Association (IATA) Hand Luggage Guidelines of 450 x 250 x 560mm, and removing the wheels can reduce the 55mmm height.
Please note that every airline has different rules, so we always recommend checking with your preferred airline or a site like Skyscanner. The main issue is normally depth which can be as little as 200mm. If you need a shallower option we would recommend the VEO Select 55BT which is 220mm deep.
